Siding (brick, brick veneer, vinyl, composition board, stucco, cement shingle, wood, cedar, stone), Garage, Carports, Decks, Patios, Porches, Driveways, Walks, Fences, Soffits, Fascias, Retaining Walls, Basement Stairwells, Window Wells, Lots/Grounds and Water Spigots.
Ceilings, Walls, Floors, Doors, Windows, Kitchens (installed ranges, range venting, dishwasher, microwave, food disposal), Baths (sinks/vanities, tub/showers, toilets), Laundry Facilities (washer/dryer power supplies, washer drains, utility sink/drains, dryer venting), Fireplaces and Stairs/Handrails.
Heating & Cooling Components:
Forced Air, Boilers, Radiant Heat, Heat Pumps, Central Air, Ductwork, Registers, Radiators, Thermostats and Filtering Systems.
Electric Service Entrance, Service Panels and Sub Panels, Circuit Breakers, Fuses, Grounding, Branch Circuits, Outlets/Wall Switches and Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters (GFCI).
Main Supply Lines, Distribution Lines, Drains, Traps, Vents, Faucets, Shut-Off Values, Pressure Regulators and Water Heaters,

An average home inspection takes approximately 2to4 hours to complete. I schedule a 4 hour for each inspection so I am never being rushed.
